Located in the scenic foothills of the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains, Auburn is the perfect place to reside and enjoy life while operating a successful business. The City of Auburn is a vibrant municipality offering business growth opportunities all the while maintaining its Northern California small town charm.  Auburn’s elevation is ideal as it is  above the fog line and below the snow line providing the nicest weather conditions in the Sacramento region.

One of the many commercial amenities offered by the city is the Airport Business Park. Inhabited by nearly 100 privately owned small businesses the industrial park and municipal airport are strategically located in the traffic corridor between Interstate 80 and California Highway 49. This location, along with the inherent availability of the airport itself, makes for ease of access for product and supply transportation in addition to convenient employee accessibility.

Just a few of the businesses to be found in the Auburn Airport Business Park include Armstrong Technogoly Inc. (high tech manufacturing for demanding products across many industries and proprietary oil system products),  ioSafe, Inc. (proprietary black box solutions for digital data), Nella Oil (the parent company of multi-state Flyer gas stations) and TGH Aviation (the “go to” resource for gyroscopes for commercial and government aircraft).

A number of the Auburn Airport Business park business owners keep their private aircraft at the Auburn Airport where there are convenient hangar facilities and excellent aircraft and helicopter maintenance available to them.

For businesses and their visitors, there are several nice golf courses including The Ridge, within the business park, a noteworthy wine bar in Carpe Vino with New York Culinary Institute chefs, assorted restaurants such as Max’s with a full bar and a Holiday Inn to accommodate over night visitors.

The Auburn Airport Business Park Association (AABPA) services the Auburn Airport Businesses Park owners and other nearby businesses within the region.  Membership  is available to all businesses and commercial property owners located within the airport industrial zone. This organization was founded for the express purpose of promoting business within the airport community and to properly represent the interests of those businesses within the Auburn community as a whole.

Whether you currently own a business at the Auburn Airport or you are considering locating a business within this area, the AABPA is your one stop resource for all Auburn Airport Business Park information.
